#EachForEqual

“Each time a woman stands up for herself, without knowing it possibly, without claiming it, she stands up for all women.” — Maya Angelou.

The International Women’s Day 2020 campaign is #EachForEqual. Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions – all day, every day. Collectively, each one of us can help create a gender equal world.

We are all parts of a whole. Our individual actions, conversations, behaviors and mindsets that have an impact are the result of those that have guided and supported us. As part of Isobar’s celebration of Women’s History Month, we want to express our gratitude to the people (men and women) who have mentored, championed and stood up for us.

How? By sharing those stories now, expressing that gratitude and promising to repay it in kind as we progress in our own lives and careers. Below you’ll find three of our videos, check this space and our social channels in the coming weeks for more messages of gratitude for those who have made our paths easier by challenging, inspiring, and encouraging us in the moments we needed it most.

Would you like to share your own video?

·      Record a short video thanking your mentor or champion.

·      Upload it to our Dropbox so we can share it on Instagram.

·      Share it with the people who have lifted you up.
