The Quirk’s Event has always been a local favorite of ours to attend. This year the event returns to Brooklyn where I will be sharing new (and ongoing) work with a prestige beauty client of ours. Our session,”Beauty and the Journey Map: Perfecting a Flawless Digital Makeover”, is about –you guessed it –developing consumer journeys to serve as the backbone of omni-channel executions. In this session we will share how we developed consumer journeys and a global segmentation to help conceive, design and execute against an omni-channel, corporate vision and implementation roadmap for a global beauty brand.
