How long have you been with Isobar? Nearly 12 years

Did you have any interesting jobs or a different career before this?  I served frozen yogurt, painted houses with my dad and was a concert photographer.

What is your favorite aspect of your job?  Why? The people. We can do some amazing work and have a good laugh.

Share an elevator pitch of your day-to-day.  We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender.

What do you do to prepare you for your day?  I try to do my mental homework the day before and workout every morning.

What media do you most consume and why? Music/Podcasts – it’s mobile and easy.

What is your biggest distraction at work? News and politics.

What is one thing your co-workers would be surprised to learn about you? I used to play Samba professionally in Chicago.

Where is the one place you most want to travel? Petra Jordan.

What are you listening to right now? Pink Floyd

Are you from Chicago or somewhere else?  Where did you grow up?  I’m from Burlingame, CA and I moved to Chicago about 12 years ago.

What is your biggest pet peeve? The unnecessary use of !’s to end every sentence. Like, Done! Or Thanks!

What would be the movie title of your life? Deep Thought.

Ketchup or Mustard? Depends on what. Fries with ketchup is a must.

Pizza: Thin crust or deep dish? Barnaby’s Thin crust (Thanks Sloane). Lou Malnati’s deep dish (I’m actually not crazy about Pequod’s (Sorry Pequod’s fans)).  

Coffee or tea? COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE… but tea in the afternoons is delightful.

VR or AR? I prefer the natural world.

Pancakes or waffles? Piggies with my pancakes. Fried chicken with my waffles.

Beer or wine? BOTH in copious amounts.

Cake or Pie? Cake edges out pie. But I’m a sucker for seasonal pies.

City or suburb? Sigh. Suburb.

Beach vacation or mountain resort?  Beach.

Chocolate or vanilla? Depends. Chocolate is more emotionally satisfying.

Hot or cold? Hot.

East coast or west coast? THE BEST COAST.

GMA or Today Show? Neither, Rick and Morty.

Sweet or salty? Sweet.
