It’s Not Only About The Place, It’s The People

Although I moved to Michigan in the middle of a heavy winter, starting my job at the Isobar Detroit office was one of the warmest times of my life (and I’m from Brazil!) The people welcomed me with open arms and hearts and it didn’t take long before I found myself swept up in the energy of the Motor City.

Detroit is built on the shoulders of diversity, hard work and innovation. There’s a relentless drive to move forward and constantly reinvent what tomorrow will mean for people everywhere. The people here don’t march to the beat, they are the drummers. From the music of Motown and techno, to innovation in technology and automotive, Detroit’s has a way of getting there first. It means something to live here and be a part of the push to go even further.

At Isobar, it’s not only about the place, but the the people and their ability to bring their passions to the forefront that sets the bar so high. We’re shaping what’s next in digital experiences, including transforming the future of transportation for generations to come. It’s exciting to be part of a such a massive vision and to play a small part during a wave of revitalization in an amazing city and great state. Being recognized as one of the coolest places to work in Michigan is truly an honor and testament to the culture of collaboration and teamwork we have that enables us to take the next big idea and turn it into tomorrow’s reality.

Our Detroit office has a unique sense of pride and we’re honored to be considered one Crain’s Detroit Business’ best places to work – we’ve personally never had a moment of doubt that it was anything other than the best!
