User {Experience}

One half of UX is experience. I’m finding more and more that experience is not just how an user accomplishes a task but what they feel as they go through the process. This maybe the hardest aspect to capture. No user tests can tell you this, no metric and no matter of analytics really allow you to understand feeling. As in life, truly great experiences are shared. So as a UX designer, we should strive towards creating an experience worth sharing. Easier said than done, right? My only guess at an answer to this problem is to trust your gut. You know the feeling that says, “I think this is it!” Follow that. Then put it out there in the wild. Share it. And learn from it.ed: originally posted by the author here
